    11We have code that theoretically keeps finboard-groups-only and asa-official in sync with the DB. We should compare the membership of those lists against what the DB says they should contain, and alert whenever there are differences. Differences are probably a sign that the code we have is buggy (or that somebody added or removed a list by hand, and the former, at least, should be done by adding to {finboard-groups,asa-official}-listeners instead).
