    1 The same selection interface as #5 needs could also be leveraged to select groups for automated emails. There should be a way to basically do mail merge between such a selection and a template email.
     1Provide a mechanism for inputting a list of groups (as a list of email addresses, group IDs, or group names) and/or a random CSV file, and then do a mail merge between such a selection and a template email. This might make mail merging our emails more popular, which I think is a definite usability win from groups' perspectives.
