41	LEF/ARCADE app form that doesn't suck	adehnert		At the moment, the LEF/ARCADE app form errors if you leave things unfilled (I gather?), so we're setting a bunch of defaults. This is lame, especially the bit where we aren't defaulting the cycle, because we know we'll forget to update it.
