At the moment, there's a "can group see" boolean, and a "can offices see". There's a couple issues with this.

  • Probably, either "offices" wants to become SAO, or some of the more random offices shouldn't get it, or we should add a separate "SAO" flag. * Probably deskworkers should be able to see some stuff, and not some other stuff.
  • Finboard/GSC funding access
  • Possibly a "public" flag?
