Description
There needs to be some way to maintain (and report on) signatory lists --- certainly financial, and possibly reservation (I don't personally understand how room reservations work these days and how important being a signatory is).

Hm, do we care about reservation signatories not being viewable to the MIT public? (We've established that we don't care about president, treasurer, and financial signatories.)
