Improve DB update language in recognition email

The recognition email to asa-new-group-announce currently says:

The last step to finalize the group recognition is for you to enter the group's complete information into the ASA Database:

At this stage, most (but not all) information is actually already in the DB. We should change it to say something like "finish entering the group's complete information (in particular, adding membership numbers, website, [etc], and updating the officers)". Alternatively, make groups enter that on the startup form.
