Description
https://asa.mit.edu/admin/groups/groupfunding/2/ claims "List that groups receiving funding emails should be on. The database will attempt to make sure that ONLY those groups are on it.". While the DB mostly does this (#121, #159), it's independent of the fields in the DB. Either groups/diffs.py should be changed to actually use the values in the DB, or that help text should be fixed.
