Description

​https://diswww.mit.edu/menelaus/asa-db/3257 suggests that "Option 3: Select all your groups at once" should use a taller box. This can probably be done by the simple expedient of setting "size" attribute (​http://www.w3.org/TR/html-markup/select.html) to 10 or something.
