Touchstone

Description
We should allow people to use Touchstone for logging in and also use Touchstone collaboration accounts, so people without an Athena account (alums, community members) can still have access to various things.
Note that this might be hard to do on scripts:

Hmm, what would we want to give them access to? We've made a policy decision that people who can edit the groups' entry (President, Treasurer, Group Admin) must all be students, so I'm not sure there's anything interesting for Athena-less folks to use in the DB.
