People lookup: link more broadly

Description
Currently, the people lookup tool (https://asa.mit.edu:444/membership/people-lookup/) is only linked from the hazing form (I think), but we or other groups ask for undergrad/grad/alum/etc. numbers in several other cases:
- the regular group DB entry
- space applications
- Finboard apps
- others?
We should add a link from the group DB entry edit form, whichever of the other forms we can, and probably the front page (to help people filling out un-updated forms, or just curious people).
