Different confirmation page for students and groups

Description

There should be a different confirmation page for "Thanks for telling us the ASA still exists" from "Thanks for telling us your groups". The former should mention the confirmation email.

    Make the thank you message more explicit
    
    Now the thank you message only shows up for group confirmations,
    not personal confirmations, so we can talk more about what they
    just did.
