    88   * verify that it's a list, not a user
     9 * check for groups with three group-admin's and more than one person as either president or treasurer. If we're getting a bunch of them, it may be a sign that we have groups marking people as president or treasurer to get more (effective) group-admin slots, which would be a bit annoying.
