Description
The fix to #15 should include a way to give access to non-Athena-account-holders. At the moment, I don't think the plan includes anything to handle that.

We can handle this by hand unless it becomes really common. (Diffs support it, but the "six people per group" stuff doesn't, and adding people intentionally doesn't support it because the non-Athena code doesn't enforce the people cap.)
