Description
At the moment, OfficerRoles? are ordered magically (I think de facto by increasing ID, possibly because that's how MySQL happens to return them). This is fine at the moment, but at some point it's going to be a bit confusing --- for example, the groupadmin role (#78) should probably be after treasurer, not after shared storage.
