Improve error message when Athena locker field is invalid

Description

​https://help.mit.edu/Ticket/Display.html?id=2146546 suggests that maybe a more descriptive error message on the Athena locker field would be useful --- indicating that we don't want the full AFS path, for example.

    This fixes ASA-#163, or at least is the best I can think of right now.
