Make officer descriptions publicly available in the DB

Description
We have a Database FAQ that describes most of the officer positions in the DB (http://web.mit.edu/asa/database/faq.html#about). The people update page (eg, https://asa.mit.edu/groups/1955/edit/officers) has much of the same information in a table at the top, but that's only available to the officers of the group in question. Predictably, these are out of sync. The DB should have a public (or at least MIT-public) page that describes the various officer positions.
