UI for getting the membership confirmation warning info we need

Description

We need to be able to get lists of:

  • Groups that haven't submitted
  • Groups with less than five distinct, student confirmations

For each row, we need:

  • Name
  • Which of the above issues applies
  • Number of confirmations
  • Officer email list
  • (Possibly) President, treasurer emails
