kchen points out (https://diswww.mit.edu/menelaus/asa-db/413) that the logout button is a bit silly, because you'll get immediately logged back in.
It should possibly get disabled on port 444, or link to the port 443 version, or something.
Also, it should redirect you to the page you were on before, maybe, unless that's going to be @login_required or similar page... See #68 and cec082b065c0198c4b1ac3412bebb1b16758ffd6.
